We were first recommended the services of Coastwide Conveyancing during discussions regarding the sale of our home in early 2011, and contacted Michelle with some scepticism, as our previous experiences with conveyancers had not been very pleasant. But as soon as we met with Michelle, we noticed a huge difference in the level of professionalism and personal attention we were provided during the whole process of the sale of our home, so much so that we had no hesitation in engaging her expertise in the purchase of our new home shortly afterwards.
From the early stages of the sale, right through to the settlement of our purchase, Michelle has been 100% approachable, never been too busy to answer our questions, no matter how simple or complex, and anything she couldn’t answer right away she would chase up and return with an answer as soon as possible.
Every time we had to sign or view documents, Michelle would contact us and come to us at home to complete the requests (or even an emergency meeting out the front of Woolworths on one occasion!) and would even make calls on our behalf to builders and financial institutions should their requests be beyond our understanding or capabilities.
